Lucky FABB Conference Day Two
Day two of the Lucky Fabb conference in NYC kicked off with brunch at Tiffany & co on 5th Avenue. Upon arrival at the Fifth Avenue flagship store we were immediately whisked to a private salon for brunch. Waiters dressed in black and white served sumptuous hors d’oeurves, and for drinks we had choices of coffee and mimosas. To my delight, we were allowed to try on some of the gleaming jewelry mounted on the walls throughout the salon; I tried on a pair of beautiful diamond earrings and a huge diamond ring.
Brunch ended shortly after and it was time to begin our uptown shopping tour of stores hand-selected by Lucky’s editors. So off we went to the beautiful world of Bergdorf Goodman, Henri Bendel, SAKS, and Ted Baker. I had a great time. At Ted Baker I tried on this beautiful stripped dress which I immediately fell in love with. It reminded me of Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz, or is it Alice in Wonderland? After the tour of Ted Baker’s store we were treated to some fish and chips.
The day ended with the screening of Diana Vreeland’s movie: The Eye Has to Travel, then it was time to exchange information with other bloggers and bid adieu. Thank you, Lucky Magazine, for putting this event together. For more pictures of the event click here
